We need compassionate LPN's to help care for residents on our unique households: Brain Injury Center, Behavioral Health, Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, as well as our nursing home residents.
Full-Time and Part-Time 1st & 2nd shift and a Full-Time 3rd shift position available.
$2.00/Hour Shift Differential as well as $3.00/Hour Weekend Differentials. Excellent Benefit Package
Position Summary: This position provides medical care for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; assists with activities of daily living, offers emotional and social support, and attends residents overall physical comfort and wellbeing; also provides communication between medical providers, family members, and facility team for coordination of care.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
